- Creation of a detailed Annual Training Plan laying out an entire season’s training goals and schedule. (*note that completion of an ATP is best done at the beginning of the season. May not apply if athlete begins a coaching program mid or late season.)
- Completely individualized weekly training plan, built specifically for the athlete in Training Peaks. Includes every detail necessary to achieve success.
- Continuous and unlimited coach - athlete communication. Every time you log into your account and download training data or information, an email is sent to the coach, which permits immediate follow up from the coach to the athlete if necessary.
- Phone consultation and communication as needed for the purpose of follow-up and review.

If you desire a structured plan built just for you and want to have a coach to consult whenever you need it, but don’t desire the very personal attention inherent in a premium program, a Quarterly Coaching Program may be just what you are looking for.
What you will receive with this program:
- - A free account in the online training diary, Training Peaks (www.trainingpeaks.com), accessed from the Pursuit Fitness website.
- - Training plan build in 12-week “blocks,” delivered in athlete’s account in TrainingPeaks.com
- - Complete analysis of Athlete Profile including training history, performance and current race goals.
- - Creation of a Training Peaks Annual Training Plan.
- - Unlimited email access as needed.
- - Once per month phone consultation for 10-15 minutes, for the purpose of follow-up and review. All calls are prearranged and are made by the athlete to the coach.
- - Continuous adjustment and analysis as needed prior to the start of each block of training.
